Train The Trainer

 
Just like any scientific experiment, for optimal results—the process has to be replicated. At McNeil & Johnson we continually monitor and assess our Train the Trainer programs to ensure the learning objectives are of a high quality, the skills and knowledge are transferable and the standard of learning is consistent.

When we provide our clients with Train the Trainer programs, we certify the facilitators after they have gone through an intensive training program to ensure product quality. Facilitators and/or managers are encouraged to use their own anecdotes and stories in the program at allotted times. This ensures each individual brings their own experiences into the mix—which in turn provides passion, enthusiasm and buy-in from the facilitators.

Achieving facilitator buy-in is key to any successful Train the Trainer program. To this end, we provide them with all the tools and resources they need including a unique Train the Trainer video to support each facilitator with the details and small nuances that make our programs so successful in the field.
