In our book Super Service published by McGraw-Hill, we have Seven Keys to Delivering Super Service. Build on Satisfaction is Customer Service Key # 7. It is one of the reasons we have been in business for over 20 years.

The services we provide at McNeil & Johnson are continually being developed and enhanced so that we can give our clients what they most need. Years ago, when Motorola asked us to help deliver their Satellite Broadcasts, some of the technology was new and so we worked alongside many other vendors in order to produce an outstanding program—the results speak for themselves—we are still invited to “partner” with them in many innovative programs.

When Computer Associates recently asked us to help develop additional Super Service video segments for their intranet, we went to their broadcasting studios and taped ten different segments as reminders and motivation for their employees.
